Esplanade Delille (“the Project”) will include 50 apartments and approximately 2,000 SF of street-level retail facing Esplanade Avenue. The project will provide 3 Section 811 Permanent Supportive Housing (“PSH”) vouchers and a commitment from the Housing Authority of New Orleans (“HANO”) to provide 13 CNI project-based vouchers, for a total of 16 CNI replacement units to help complete the City of New Orleans and HANO’s 1-for-1 replacement of former Iberville public housing units obligation to HUD.
The Project is projected to start construction in Q4 2024 and to be complete in early 2026.
