Esplanade Delille will include 50 apartments and approximately 2,000 square feet of street level retail facing Esplanade Avenue.
The project provides 3 Section 811 Permanent Supportive Housing vouchers and carries a commitment from the Housing Authority of New Orleans for 13 CNI project based vouchers, a total of 16 CNI replacement units.
Those units support the City of New Orleans and HANO in meeting their one for one replacement obligation to HUD for former Iberville public housing units. Construction milestones will be shared here as the project moves forward.
