What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Could I get a home built to my specifications?
We keep a housing stock of ongoing projects that may already be available and fit your needs. However, New Orleans Restoration Properties does not perform construction outside of the company.
What is the scope of the work that you do?
We develop historic properties and new properties with the use of creative financing solutions such as tax credits, PILOTs, competitive public funding sources, and grants.
What does New Orleans Restoration Properties restore in properties?
We have a passion to restore each property to the condition it was in when it was first built, 100 or more years ago. If it can be restored, we will restore it. If not, we replace it with like material and workmanship. This includes hardwood floors, chimneys, casings, windows, doors, and other architectural design and artifacts.

How do I book one of your vacation rentals?
Each rental page has a Book Now button that takes you straight to our booking calendar. Pick your dates, pay securely, and you will get check in details before you arrive. You can also read our reviews on Airbnb.
How do I apply for a long term rental?
Leasing for Grove Place is handled by HRI Management. Visit our Long Term Rentals page to check availability and apply.
