Marseah Marcy Delatte

Marseah “Marcy” Delatte

Managing Member

Marcy is a native New Orleanian whose roots run deep in the Hollygrove neighborhood. The daughter of a successful third generation developer and contractor, she grew up inside the family business and returned home after graduating from Johnson and Wales University to run its daily operations for five years.

She later managed the Community Volunteers Association Senior Care Program, overseeing funding, planning, and construction so vulnerable seniors could age in place with dignity. After Katrina, rebuilding her own family's property grew into a calling: a construction firm with her brother Paul that restored homes and neighborhoods piece by piece.

Together they taught themselves how to use Historic Tax Credits, laying the foundation for NORP. Today Marcy serves as Principal, leading every phase from acquisition and financing to construction and occupancy.
